Names, addresses, and account numbers for ALL outstanding debts: Include monthly payments and current balance statements, Child care, foster care, or nursing home costs
Driver’s license and social security card for all parties requesting a loan: (Only FHA, VA loans)

Divorced Persons Only: Complete divorce decree including settlement papers
