  (A minimum of 800 gives you the greatest exposure.)
• How will you directly market to people interested in my home?
  (Internet exposure, 24 hour FREE Information Hot Line, and yellow yard signs with loan terms boldly spelled out are the most advanced marketing tools available today.)
• How will you guarantee the sale of my home in 90 days or less?
  (If it’s not in writing, it’s not enforceable.  Our guarantees are all in writing!)
• How do I know that you give me the results you promise?
  (Written Guarantee’s to back up oral presentation)
• May I call the last 10 people you have represented?
  (List with phone numbers should be readily accessible at first meeting)
• What kinds of added value do you offer me for listing with your company?

• What are your average days on the market?
